    thanks amethyst but what do I say to her. weightmans haven't sent me anything to prove that the debt belongs to me.

      that xxx Honestly they are quite used to it. Just say you have been asking for documents so you can assess your position with regards the claim but they have failed to send you anything.

      You want a copy of the agreement, any default notice and the notice of assignment to show they actually own the debt.

      It's all off record so you can't bugger things up with regards your case x

            I will hun and thanks again......I,m so nervous ive just tried ringing but they are busy lol which doesn't help cos I have to do it again lol......what annoys me is weightmans putting me through all this with nothing to back themselves up with unless they have and I just haven't seen it.....

              Well if they have they should disclose it during mediation - sometimes the mediator has got the other side to send through documents. If they do do that thank them and tell them you need a couple days to assess the documents. ( it's extremely unlikely they will) but don't feel pressured into making any decisions if they suddenly email you loads of documents.

                  [MENTION=6]Amethyst[/MENTION] just rang and said what you told me and she basically said mediation wont help so they will transfer it back. whoop whoop and she was lovely she explained loads to me. next step local court if it gets that far. but basically the court would want evidence before it gets that far....... so another waiting game lol xxx

                        just an update for you, have received a notice of transfer of proceedings today. basically saying the mediation team have transferred my case.
                        so another waiting game I guess. crabot are really dragging this one out

                              still waiting guys just a letter to say mediation team have arranged for my case to b transferred. And to wait the judges directions. I got this letter 2 weeks ago and heard nothing from anyone since.

                                [MENTION=6]Amethyst[/MENTION] I have received a notice of allocation to the small claims track (hearing) omg what do I do its for the 29 april but I,m working that day and unable to get the time off as I,m a p.a for a lady with mental and physical disabilities. now I,m scared I really didn't think crapbot would take it this far help help help feel like crying and just letting them have the ccj
