morning amethyst that's fantastic thank you so much. I will get this written up today and sent off. do I need to send signed for ? I guess am I right from reading the court papers I have to send a copy to weightmans too as well as the court also I send the photocopies of my evidence to them too. ?? xxx

Yes send a copy to Weightmans as well, and yes with copies of the exhibits - just label the exhibits accordingly - pen in top right corner of copy is fine xxx

Thank you Hun for your help. Do I think it will be a problem if I don't attend I'm just worried if I don't go to work I lose the money and can't afford to do that as self employed. But if it will look bad on me I don't know what to do xxx

Written is fine, obviously it will be better if you print it - can you print it out at work or the library or something ? Or just use your best writing....

On attending court - the hope is you don't have to go - you'll have a better idea after the 16th March as they will have to produce their documents to go with their witness statement by then, so it isn't worth worrying over yet. There's plenty of time for them to pull out, or to provide the docs and then you can negotiate with them, it is actually quite unusual for straightforward CCA debt cases to get to the court hearing xxx

[MENTION=6]Amethyst[/MENTION] I have been sat here this morning writing up my witness statement when I get a letter from weightmans with a discontinuance notice omg whoop whoop I,m so so happy. I couldn't have done it with ur and everyone else help. u are all amazing as is this site which without its help someone like me would have no chance..........so I,m sure ill be back again as I do have a few other issues with lowells lol but really thank you all so much xxxx
