Hi All,
I received court claims from Cabot Financial LLP late December 2014 and and defence was quickly filled with specifics such as "I sent a request to the claimant in April 2011 asking for Information such as if there are any Insurance including (Payment Protection Plan), details of all payments & Repayments made on the account, Interest charges and true copy of the executed credit agreement".
I waited for a response after the 28 days time limit for the claimant to respond, to which I didn't hear anything. I then phoned the court yesterday to ask if they have anything from the Cabot, but was told the the claimant have not filled any response and as such, the case is now stayed.
Can someone please explain what that means to me and what is the next course of action to take.
