  • Lowell CCJ

I am looking for some advice re a CCJ i have with Lowell

The CCJ will be 6 years old in November 2019 and will come off my credit report although unpaid

i never once acknowledged any debt with them neither did i acknowledge receipt of or acknowledge any thing from Northampton Court, i have not had any correspondence in the last 5 1/2 years since the CCJ was awarded to them, that is untill today when i have received a letter saying my outstanding debt of £1053.44 remains in arrears

The CCJ on my record for one is £980 and not that amount and for two given that it only has 6 months left to run am i wise at this stage to make any sort of contact?

We are just about to move in woth inlaws for 6 months to put a bit more away for our house deposit, should i not tell any one im moving and ignore?

Any help or advice would be greatfully received, we have really worked hard on getting credit ratings up and improved the past few years and I actulally thought this had almost gone away

    Thanks
    Matt
