  • High Court case for cooperation selling property in Estate.

High Court case (Master) held (end of March) detailing claimants' (Executors') orders for defendant (who is living in property) to cooperate with sale.

Which application form is needed to apply for judgment to be set aside; varied or suspend enforcement?

Up to how long after court case will application form be accepted by court?

Claimant solicitors wrote to defendants legal company in Jan but they replied they had not received instructions for some time from the defendant and therefore should correspond with him directly.

The defendant attended court hearing without legal representation, and currently has no legal representation and in the process of seeking representation, or returning to a previous company.

By the way, does Live Chat Box access legally qualified members?
