Shes been wanting to get on the property ladder, I guess this is not off limits for 6 years now. Shes just worried about the legal costs that she had to pay. Is this included or does she have to pay this lump sum upfront?
Im not entirely sure she can afford to pay off £20 a month that's what they have told her to pay even though she says she has more out than in. Having a little one under two and I think her eldest is 10yrs old. This is where her money goes, I don't even think the dad makes any contributions.
If shes not agreed to this and noting in writing whats the best solution now? is it pointless trying to offer half as a full settlement? or would they just have the attitude we have got the on side so its full payment.
Would it be best to contact them again stating she cant afford these payments and refer it to court to decide?
and if they are saying its already a CCJ the likelihood of them not entering it is pretty slim isn't it?
Thanks again for the replies
