1. The claimant claims the sum of 800 being monies due from the defendant to the claimant under a regulated agreement between the defendant and CITIFINANCIAL (xxxxxxxx) and assigned to the claimant on 14/07/2010, notice of which has been provided to the defendant.
2. The defendant has failed to make payment in accordance with the terms of the agreement and a default notice has been served pursuant to the consumer credit act 1974.
3. The claimant claims the sum of 800 and costs
4. The claimant has complied, as far as is neccessary, with the pre-action conduct practice direction.
Stat Barred? No

I will scan my original complaint letter and their response...
In short (very short):
EASYJET mastercard in 2008 via CITIFINANCIAL at airport.
Account transferred to CITI platinum mastercard in Jan 2010.
Dispute over refund of charges x2 began in April 2009.
Complaint letter/ offer of repayment sent April/May 2009.
Reply received in May 2009: although they admit to agreeing and not applying the charges when asked... even if they had, I would have gone over overdraft and received further charges anyway (?debatable) so they would not agree to my particulars ( pay balance before drama or no more than £500).
As a goodwill gesture they reduced the balance to 600 ish, which was/is Not good enough - they agreed it - they should've honored it...
Im not sure what to do in terms of fighting or admit part claim?
was considering part claim but have seen on other threads that this is automatic CCJ..
Please help me....
