    due to job relocation i moved from my hometown in may 2008 and upon moving i gave up the tenancy on the privately rented house i was living in,i worked away from my hometown from may 2008 until returning to my hometown in February 2010 following being made redundant, out of work i returned to my hometown and i moved in with my sister and brother in law and i lived with them until july 2014 ,i moved out in july 2014 after getting a new job and i rented a property and have lived in it now for 7-8 months without any letters or contact off anyone until now when these letters arrived

    NOTE: If you receive a court claim note these dates in your calendar ...
    Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

    Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

    If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
