FIle it - another batch standard letter - You might get letters like that for the next few years - you only need act if you get a specific 'threat' to lift the stay / proceed with the court claim - it's not even mentioned there, and the amount seems to be different again from the court claim and the original £323. Just making it up as they go along. If you wanted to try settle it to draw a line then remember they likely paid less than 20% of the original.
