Urgent - Cabots Irish Sale / Deed Of Assignment Documents

Hiya All,

I am wondering if anyone here can help me.

I am trying to get hold of copies of the IRISH versions of Sale / Deeds of Assignment issued by Cabots - it doesn't matter for which Original Lender so long as the document is the Irish Version.

If there is anyone on here who has managed to get hold of such a document could you please PM me with a view to letting me have a scanned copy of this document please?

I can't explain on the board for obvious reasons - but would really appreciate the help.

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
