How have Cabot obtained my email address?

... Received an email from Cabot, pestering about the (alleged) debt that they reckon I still owe: but how have they managed to obtain my email address?

I actually have more than one e-address ... but none show any indication of my full name. The one they've located is an e-address curtesy of 'googlemail' ... and it's definitely not one that I've used in any 'public places' (socal networks and the like) where they might have stumbled across it.
