    l cca,d cabot 2 DAYS ago this is the reply l recieved today : [ not very busy are they ]

    "cabot financial grp is not obliged to provide this information but we are pleased to help and have already requested the documentation for you from the original lender [HOW KIND] me thinks that says we aint got it

    cabot financial does not accept the statutory fee req under sect 77 and/or 78 of the cca 1974 and as a resulthave returned the fee for £1 that you have sent [they must know lm hard up how sweet !]

    we anticipate that we will be able to provide this information within 12 days , ln the event that we are unlikely to to obtain this information within those time limits we will write to you again "

    thing is ive already cca,d halifax as well so not sure what to do nxt and cant find the right response letter to answer cabot

        Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

        If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
