  • Advice please.

New to the forum, so hi everyone.

Recently received a writ and warrant from the local sheriff court...Perth Scotland... asking for payment for three debts. This is from Nolan's which is acting for Cabot. They have including all the forms required to either ask for a Time to pay order or Defend.
They have only stated the original creditors names and dates taken out and dates defaulted plus a total amount owed. They have not broken down what the different amounts are and for which debt. Is this acceptable or should I defend in court?
    Thanks in advance.
