Here to help - The Simple Procedure at Sheriff Courts in Scotland.

Hi all,

I have successfully defended 13 individual claims at the Sheriff Courts in Scotland and even been absolved of 5 of the alleged debts. I hate Debt Collection Agencies, they are corporate Nesferatu who feed and prey on the most financially vulnerable in our society. I get immense pleasure from every single penny I deny them.

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
