    Hi,
    I am new to all this,would really like some advice.

    My debts had come out of control and went through depression.I have finally taken control of my debts and offering token payments of what u can afford,3 out of 4 creditors have accepted token payments but I dont what to do with the fourth who are called restons solicitors.They don't want to accept my token payment and are demanding I pay more than what I can afford and if I don't accept they will demand it come out of my wages.I am really worried and don't know what to do.
    Please can someone help with this matter

    Hello - someone withe the right knowledge and experience will be along to help you shortly. Dont worry though, as you seem to be paying pack what you can genuinely afford, Restons need to be careful how they behave towards you. It would help if you could say who they are acting on behalf of (the bank/credit card/lender).

      Forgot to mention they have sent a suspended attachment of earnings order,in the county court money claims centre

              An application or an actual order telling you how much you have to pay? If it is the latter a) are you able to afford the payment and b) had you filled in an income and expenditure form?

                I am assuming you already have a CCJ on this debt - is that correct

                Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

                If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
