Cabot Warrant of control and Charging order

Hi all
I have recently received Ā*a notice of issue of warrant of control from Cabot Financial. I have also noticed that Cabot had secured a charging order against my property for the exactly the same CCJ/Case number issued a couple of years ago. Is this right can they do this, and how can respond back to the courts/baliffs ?

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
