no payments or acknowledgement for six years
cOurt papers recd..defended and court stayed iN Jan 2015..no action or communication since this date. Cabot Mortimer ack defence in Jan 2015 but did not respond and did not send C a or anything ...

also letter address Cabot v ?????????
without prejudice settlement offer.
do I reply if so do we have template letter?

This is a very common Cabot tactic, their reasoning is simple;
What can we salvage from this situation?

Think: If they thought they could get 100% why go for less?
