How do I reply to a defence issued against my small claims court case??

    Received I can read the Word docs fine, but the TIFF images have come through teeny and zooming just turns them into pixelated blobs. Can you try saving them as jpg or png or printing them to pdf ?

        Well you seem to have a good Judge. Best thing to do now is to go through his order and make sure all the relevant information is submitted.

        I'll get the bits we need sorted and up on here tomorrow.

            Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

            Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

            If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
