Serving documents for CCJ set aside hearing

Hi Everyone
Ive successfully applied for a CCJ set aside hearing which is later this month, all done by email. Im unsure if I need to serve anything on to my "claimant" or if the court does that on my behalf as part of their process. If I do need to serve, which bits should I send? I have prepared separately, 1) a "bundle" comprising the N244, my witness statement and defence and my evidence exhibits. 2) the draft order and 3) my N260 claim for costs.

Hi
Please read Practice Direction 23A In particular 6.4 and 7.1 to 7.4
"Filed" means filed with the court, the court that has been allocated for the hearing
"Serve" means serve (send) to other parties You can email documents to the claimant and court but should take along the original documents to the hearing

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
