N208 Form - Few Questions

Filled out an N208 form to bring against my landlord for not protecting my deposit. But just a few questions as I didn't see it in the notes for claimant.

1. For the 'Court Fee' is this where I put the fee for the application which is £332.

2. Do I fill in issue date as the date I file or is this left blank.

3. I assume I leave fee account number blank if I'm doing this myself.

2 and 3. leave blank.

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
