  • Which Luxembourgish BANK does AMAZON EU SÁRL hold its bank account at in Luxembourg ?

Unfortunately, I need to start compulsory enforcement against this scammer company in Luxembourg - and it would be very useful if I could provide my enforcement authority i.e. the Bailiff service with this information as they intend to initiate an attachment to AMAZON's current bank account..

    Thank you.

large companies often have accounts with more than one bank.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

I need one(s) that belong(s) to AMAZON EU SÁRL within Luxembourg.

Can you name any ? Would need their IBANs + SWIFT / BIC as well, if possible.

      Thank you.

According to ChatGPT (so treat with appropriate caution):

Amazon's bank in Luxembourg is called Amazon Payments Europe S.C.A. It is a subsidiary of Amazon that provides payment processing services for Amazon's European marketplaces. Amazon Payments Europe S.C.A. is regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) in Luxembourg

Thanks for the reply and for your efforts !

Luckily, AMAZON has not created a BANK, and thus, this is not a high-street bank account from Luxembourg.

My lawyer says they have multiple accounts in Luxembourg, at different high-street banks but this scammer company is holding all its information back from their RCS company profile...

Please all stay aware from these scammers..

                How did they do it?

I'm not here to seek for legal advice, sorry.

I just need their bank account details as these scammers are hiding it from their RCS profile...
