I am just after some clarification.
We have a part 35 expert whitness report regarding damage caused to our house during our neighbours renovations.
On the front page it has our name and the defendants deceased husband's name as he was person who submitted the paperwork and his name is on the planning portal.
He passed away a few years before the work was started but his widow had the work done at a later date but his name was on all the paperwork.
Does it matter that its the husbands name on the part 35 report? Or should this be amended. I don't want to be told we can't use the expert witness report because his name is on it and not her name.
