That is not a reason for you to react against other members who have taken the time to reply to you..
I revert back to the post above - no-one gives a toss. IF I could get a solicitor to do it, I would. Do you think for 1 second that I want to trawl through research and legal info that I do not understand myself and don't have the emotional strength or capacity to.
Am I somehow excluded from this forum because no-one cares or because it is a 'specalist area' - roughly translated to 'we can't be bothered'

So what IF I have posted before - is there a rule that limits the amount of help someone is entitled to, the number of questions one is allowed to ask on a public forum?
I have (daignosed) severe anxiety and PTSD - would someone care to explain HOW I get justice, HOW I am suppossed to feel safe? HOW a EAPIST of CHILDREN is allowed to walk free????

It was joke hour on the news today.
The only factual part was that just 3% of RAPE reports end in charges.
WHAT does that tell you about the CJS and victims of RAPE/ABUSE? I will let you draw your own conclusions.

The fact that we post shows we can be bothered. We do give a toss. Why would you not get a free appointment with a solicitor? You need a specialist - each area of law has its own rules and needs years of experience to navigate. If we do not have the skills or experience we would be making you suffer even more by giving you incorrect advice.

I could not put it any better than islandgirl has just done.

Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read this: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf

I must have contacted at least 30 solicitors - at least - likely more.

NONE and I do mean NONE, get back to me or are prepared to take it on - I don't understand why.
I am willing and able to pay, I feel that I have a strong case BUT.... It is devastating and demoralising beyond belief.

Everyone seems to think the answer to everything is CICA - "you need to make an application to CICA" blaaaa, blaaa, blaaaa.......
HOW will that make him suffer any consequences?

I am closing my profile/account on here.
I asked for help/support/advice because I was desperate. Instead all I got was uninformed judgements, assumptions and NO help whatsoever.
I appreciate that it is a 'specalist area', BUT what AM I supposed to do if I can't get a solicitor to take it on???

A CHILD RAPIST has walked with ZERO consequences or punishment. He may RAPE another child and NONE of you give a damn enough to help me get a little justice. Thanks for nothing.

Well if you are still here we all did give a damn and would love to see you get justice but we do not have the knowledge or expertise to help you do so. We cannot become experts overnight no matter how much you wish us to be. We wish you well.

A sad reaction to those who have tried to help but your anger is understandable, just directed at the wrong people. Once again we wish you luck and hope that the account is closed very soon. I doubt you will receive any further replies.
