When sending form N1 to the court for a small money claim is it best to:
Enclose two copies of the Contract Particulars and supporting evidence for the court to forward one copy to the defendant, or
Only submit form N1 and wait for the court to direct you to send a copy to the court and a copy to the defendant?
Are there pros and cons of either method?
