Hi, I had a painter carry out some work in my property and he did a very poor, rushed job. I asked for a refund but he initially said no, though did say he would come back to fix it. However I had lost faith at that point as I discovered he had sent fake reviews and used fake photos on his site. We came to an agreement that he would pay me back part of the cost of the job. However he still has not paid and is now ignoring me. Do I have a strong case?

Hi! Yes, they were all on WhatsApp. Me pointing out the poor job, sharing pictures, coming to payment agreement with him and then chasing him for it. What do you think? How strong is my case?Comment
