I am happy for he car to be fixed and MOT sorted but I don’t think I can trust him to get the work done

it already transpires the chap that did the dodgy MOT is one of his mates!

if I settle now what’s to stop him telling me to get lost and I have to start money claim again? It’s just so stressful
