  • letter before claim ---- not for a debt

I have been let down by my bank over many years in the most rediculous ways
I want to sue for distress and inconvienience as my health has deteriorated quite heavily due to there actions

I have searched online for a letter before action but all the ones i see are for debt not distress / inconveniance>

They have ruined my credit file , closed accounts without telling me , destroyed two businesses.

At one point , they put £100,000 onto a credit card with a £1000 limit , this stayed there for almost a year , after my complaining to them each week.
Having the Negative balance on my card that was quite clearly a mistake and using the card would put me in priison for receiving wrongful credit!!!!

I have now moved to a pope bank but i want to sue.

So if anyone has an example o template of a letter before claim for distress or inconveniance that would be great

There may be no such letter because there is no such freestanding claim. There has to be a proper claim for damages on which it can hitch a limited ride.
