  • Change in person of significant control

Hi I recently won a court case by default against a gardening company.
I am unable to send Baliffs as the registered company address is the accountants, so I'm stumped.
However I've just been looking into gov.uk and companies House websites and a cessation of the man I took to court (the director) has been submitted and a new man is now a person with significant control.

My question is does the ccj and court order to pay apply to the man who has stepped down or the new person with significant control.

The court paper names the director of the company and the company.

From your writing, it seems that you can enforce against both the company and the former director as an individual, but not the new director as an individual - you might wish to post up the actual Order - redacted.
