    Late particulars of claim

    Used MCOL and didn't tick the 'separate particulars of claim'...i need to add more to the case details [ie I want to serve more detailed particulars of claim] but "14 days from date of service" were up yesterday...is there a way to file them still??

    I'm thinking you will need to contact the court and most likely pay another fee and put the claim in again as they do state clearly on the form and we n accompanied guidance the importance of making sure you are happy with what's writtey
