so i did the small claim court, but as soon as the defendant saw the letter from that day he didn't see it, i went to see where he lived, but the owner of the house told me that he didn't show up since two weeks and even stole his money. we work in the same company, and this company knows nothing where he is and they are paying this person with vacation. i don't know what to do, i think this person is still here in town. how can i act? what should i say to judge?

    You do and say nothing.
If the defendant doesn't respond, you will win by default.
When you have the judgment you take steps to locate the defendant and obtain whatever the court ordered.

However do be aware that winning doesn't mean you will be paid £x amount as often the defendant has no money or assets
