I am hoping I can get someone great advice on possible legal action. And what I need to do. Or alternative route I can take.
I am always asking organisation, business and movement institution to make ' Reasonable Adjustments' under the Equality Act and also Disability Discrimination law. I ask the organisation to make these adjustments and most of the time they fail to make. I've tried many routes to get this to change. Including getting legal help but it’s not worth the law firm time. This what I am told. I've sent letter stating that the business, etc haven't made the adjustments.
I am very interested in pressing on with some kind of action I can take myself and or arm any legal service with much of the groundwork so the process of holding these body accountable. And uphold the legal framework. That is meant to make the world a better place and equity.
