    I have been sent dozens of pages of what looks like VCS defence for ky set aside. Hearing is 1st june. Could someone help me with a successful response to each of their points?

      Hi, i have recieved, witness statement from VCS, as a response to my set aside. Could i share the link to a Google drive folder and could i kindly request for support to reply to esch of their points?

          Have been awarded set aside 13.3 - discretionary.

            Have been awarded 13.3 - discretionary. By the judge on telephone hearing. DO JUDGEMENT has been se aside. But it does not end here.* *

            To do this i filled out N244 because i missed original court order and gor default judgment which i knew was not correct. The cost was covered by help for fees , so i did not ask for that - and the judge said that there is good grounds on appeal and the delay in response is backed up by acceptable reasons*

            I have just received the Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track.

            Now waiting for a small claims court hearing. The real deal.*
