They detailed why they thought it should be thrown out but the judge has given hearing date so their claim to strike out hasn't been allowed, does that work in my favour? I have letter and emails regarding the fact they didn't let me know about the license, the incompetence of the company's running of the course and emails saying I could hire a room and emails saying the water issue would be resolved in order for me to hire a room something which was later stated by them wasn't the case.

As far as I can see the course was to provide a qualification which you could have obtained if you completed the course.
I have a licence to drive an excavator, both 360 and 180 machines, but no one told me I'd have to get insurance to drive on the roads I had to obtain that info for myself. The point is the fact they didnt tell you doesnt automatically mean that you were missold the product.
Now then, if you were told you wouldn't need a licence for example that may be a different matter as it may give rise to a claim for misrepresentation but as it stands I cant see there is a strong case hereI work for Roach Pittis Solicitors.
