  • Court claim stalled at Money claims centre.

My money claim using CCMCC was made in March and would come under a small claim.
The defendant sent a defence devoid of evidence saying it does not owe me any money.
A few weeks later, it gave me my money back but has not paid the full claim interest + disbursements and denies I'm entitled to it. I've not heard from the centre for months (not even allocation questionnaire) and it does not respond to email bar the receipt.
I know CCMCC replies to emails in 1 day despite .gov website saying it takes about 6.

Can anyone suggest any techniques or tactics to get things moving at CCMCC apart from phone or EX343 (resolver)? I was thinking about a N244 application to amended the claim form (as the court does not ignore anything to do with fees) but since this is pre-track allocation, it could be tricky as I'd be open to defence legal costs.
