hello could someone help me please; i have served a charging order on someone and now i have to reutrn a certificate of service to the courts at the top of the form it asks On what date did you serve well i posted on the 7th so is the date served the next day? then under neath it says "the date of service is" what do they mean by this on the guide it says :deemed day of service the second day after it was posted is that the same day i served or the day after that? i phoned the court and the lady said i cant advise you on that ! i have asked several people and each have said different can any one give me clarity please in layman speak many thanks and kind reagards.
