Action against marketing emails

Hi everyone. I’m considering taking action against a business over their marketing emails. They continue to send me marketing emails after I’ve made multiple requests for them to stop. Sounds petty but I guess I’m motivated by consumer protection and the opportunity to prevent this happening to others.

However, as a starting point I’m after some advice on locating the business’s trading style. I’ve thoroughly searched companies house and their website and have been unable to locate a clear trading platform, or even a trading address. Can anyone give me some pointers on where to head next? Wondering how I can locate the information I need to possibly get a claim going.

Just for some context: the company sells e-cigarette liquid and I made a purchase from them 2 years ago.

Check their privacy policy, returns terms etc on their website that's where I normally look if the company identity isn't clear on their homepage etc. If nothing google phone number etc.

Written complaint and request to remove data then complaint to ICO ?
