  • N244 court hearing representing myself

I have a court hearing on January the 19th as Lowell put a CCJ on my credit file from JD Williams the amount is £315

i did receive the court claim and I replied but I was living all over the place then I was pregnant and I was fleeing domestic violence. So I feel I wasn’t in the right frame of mind I didn’t really know what it was to be honest.

i moved from the address where I originally took the catalogue out in so I’m guessing all previous letters were sent there.

what do I need to bring with me do I need to prepare anything before?

Is this for a Set Aside Hearing? What have you submitted so far?

Yes set aside I have just told them my reasoning for wanting to set it aside. Do I need to contact Lowell?
