    Need help please

    Hi I have challenged a ccj from lowel solicitors (lowell portfolio)

    I will need to go to a local county court but I need spme legal advice on how to defend myself in court. Can you please get in contact to help me?

    They are still harassing me even after the ccj was challenged.

    Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

    Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

    If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
