Re: Court claim assert collection/lendingstream
Hi and Welcome
First you should acknowledged service and then you need to get on with writing to the solicitor with a request for all the documents (Original Agreement, Default Notice, Notice of Assignment of the Debt to Lowell etc.) and start preparing your defence. If you have entered into an agreement with them, then they should be able to produce all of this.
There's more information Here of what process to follow. Send a CCA Request to the lender and a CPR request to the solicitors. Finally when you start to write your defence, there's examples of how to format it here.
Are lending stream a payday lender?

Re: Court claim assert collection/lendingstream
Hi Harry
It is not clear if you have received a claim or a letter before action. Is it a N1 claim form?
Looks like this86_Claim_Form edit.pdf86_Claim_Form edit.pdf
If it was like this could you type up the particulars of claim. If it was anything different , if possible can you upload a copy of it while removing personal details or email it to kati@legalbeagles.info with a link to this thread
