    As this is now a court case the case is run by court not solicitors.

    take it slowly from now on and do not panic ask here before you do anything?

    There is a piece of paper in the questionnaire that has two yes/no questions. One of them is asking about flexibility and willingness to listen; the other is confirming that I have enough information about the claim to allow me to enter into negotiations. I'm assuming that the latter is the one that I can put 'no' as they haven't provided what I requested?
    Also, what is 're-tread Para+82'?

          Latest update. The mediation has referred it back to court as we didn't have any paperwork relating to the said debt. Now just have to wait until the court contact us I suppose.
