I've reached the point in the process now where i have received a hearing date for Lowells claim, I could not enter mediation on the grounds that Lowell have not sent me all the documentation I have asked for. Now the instructions for the hearing have advised I need to supply the evidence I intend to use no later than 14 days before the hearing.
I plan to use the letters that Lowell have sent me and the letters I have sent Lowell as my evidence, along with a receipt for the special delivery letter I sent them that they have so far ignored (the request for the credit agreement with the statutory £1 payment). Are these documents suitable for evidence and do I need to send all of them to Lowell (even though they are documents that have all been sent between us)?
