Hello all,
Just joined and am new, so please forgo if I don't understand the lingo!
Lowell obtained a CCJ (default). I have asked for this to be set aside because i believe they did not take reasonable steps to inform me. Lowell state they had exhausted all avenues and that the onus is on me to notify change of address etc..However, I have evidence to the contrary that they did in-fact knew my location because i hold another account with them around the exact same time they applied for CCJ.
Now, do I contact them and look for an agreement prior to attending court or, wait until the court hearing?
