Good morning all,
today i received lowells witness statement. it look as if they have all the documents i requested previously.
there is a credit agreement dated 20/03/2010.
a screen shot showing debt sold information.
another screen shot of a shop direct transaction summary.
notice of assignmet dated 26/01/2012.
introduction form lowells dated 26/01/2012. stated they are debt purchasers and that i owe them £585.00, and several other letters stating the amount owed and finally a letter of claim.
any advice?

letter of claim - you will receive a court N1 soon no doubt seems to be their way of proceedure shortly after letter of claim they will try their hand anyway!

Also if its of any importance i have a trial date of 22nd june with a deadline of 14 days prior for my witness statement making 8th of this month with which to send my evidence to the courts and other parties.
