    Re: Twins22 Restons/Arrow

Thanks so I will return the court paper tomorrow or go online this evening.
i was going to do my CCA to Arrow tonight is there a template to use (I have found a couple but not sure if there the most up to date) Just to be sure I send this recorded and with a £1 postal order?Do I just send this to the Arrow address on my paper work?I will send this recorded tomorrow.
With regards to the CPR 31-14 again is there an up to date template I use and does this just go to Restons and I would enclose a copy of the letter I have sent to Arrow?Do I need to give them a postal order?
Im getting a bit scared that they will react badly to this and it will totally wipe out the chances of a Tomlin Order but I know I can't just sit and do nothing.

No you don't want to contest jurisdiction ( unless you live in Scotland and the claim has been brought in England or vice versa )

Tracked is fine xx (Unless you tend to worry about letters arriving then Recorded might give you peace of mind)

If you're using the ones from this forum you can post up a draft so guidance can be given on what documents you can request under CPR. That will depend on what was stated in your Particulars of Claim.

Claimant Arrow Global / Solicitors Reston but with AG being obstructive send CPR 31.14 and CCA request to Restons with a covering letter outlining

AG's obstructive conduct and request them to forward the CCA request to their client and remind them they ha 12 + 2 Working Days to comply.

Is the original account number mentioned in the POC? If not then I wouldn't give it to them because that might help them to trace the original credit agreement for this account opened in 2002.

No need to give them a helping hand is there

I have typed up my CPR request- how do I know what documents to request from the claims form I'm a bit confused at this bit?
