Thank you for you help so far. I Phoned the court and apparently the original paper were sent to my old address and sent straight back they were given the information and he said it just looks like they sat on it for 8 years I told him they have had my address for years and didn't really do anything to push for payment and recommends I see if I can have the case set aside I have found a form n244 I can fill in and has a fee think its around £250 but there is no point if it won't work so I'm in limbo at the moment and time is running out or should I accept defeat and pay as little as i can possibly get away with per month or contact them and make an offer lower than I owe and take out a loan if they accept they would have paid pennies in the pound for it
