hi I received a letter from bw legal about a account that was opened 7 years ago for the amount of £971.54 they put a ccj on my credit file on 30th December 2014 the account was opened between January/may 2009 can they now try and pursue this debt and it is also threatening with pending enforcement action county court bailiff thank you

Could you give some further info?
Was a court claim issued?
If so, when?
What was it for?
Did you receive it at the time of issue?
If not, why not?
If yes, did you defend it?
On what basis was the judgment issued? (didn't defend, lost case in court, etc)
You only mention it with regard to a Credit Reference Agency listing; is it actually a County Court Judgment?CAVEAT LECTOR
