I noticed that the agreement refers to PPI (para 6) & 'shopping insurance' (whatever that is.....foot of agreement), & the statement shows insurance payments, but as far as I can see there's no T&Cs sent re these. (Post #21)

I missed the PPI charity, without the T's & C's the documents is not compliant imo.
