Hi Friends
I had a credit card some years back from capital 1 on which id owed about £300,lost my job and couldn't afford to pay it back.
After letters from capital 1,the debt was sold to Lowells,who then tried to recover the amount this money,without any success.
I received a letter (claim form) from country court business center,in relation to the debt from Lowells ,and looking very original.
After looking on certain forums,for advice, and see if this is a genuine claim form as its not Blue,and its not stamped on the round count court picture with the crown above it.
I would be greatful if i could have some advise on what to do next.
