Hi all, would someone be able to advise me a little here.
I received a claim form from Northampton court (attachment 1) on the 23/1/16 acknowledged on 26/1/16. CPR 31.14 letter went to Judge and preistly on 26/1/16 requesting notice of assignment, default notice and agreement all mentioned i the particulars of claim heard nothing back on the CPR - so filed a defense based on no information.
today I received a letter with notice of change of legal representative of the case back to 1st credit legal department and letter 2 attached, and a copy of a letter supposedly sent in august of 2015 re the assignment of the debt - even though it was supposedly assigned back on 18/11/2013.
so I am reaching out for some advice here - they mention the default in the original claim form, along with assignment from 2013 and reference breach of contract...
any advice on how to respond to the letter I received today?
