    Missed Claim

    I have a claim from Cabot, which I must have missed some how I only found it when I was clearing up and I think I have missed my 28 days.. what do I next ?

    Ring the court tomorrow morning on 0300 123 1056 / 01604 619400 quote the claim number and ask them if the claimant has entered judgment.

    What is the issue date on the claim form?
